These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and services operated by Pepat Pty Limited ABN 33 075 944 795, trading as Cael’s Gate Wines (“Cael’s Gate”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By accessing this website, making a purchase, booking an experience or joining our Wine Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2Legal Drinking Age
Under Australian law, alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to purchase alcohol.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or older.
3Product Availability
All wines, experiences and other products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities or discontinue products from time to time. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, credit or refund.
We will not substitute a wine or other product without your agreement.
4Pricing
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.
5Online Orders
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where required by law or where we reasonably believe fraudulent activity may be involved.
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
6Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services and external factors beyond our control.

7Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8Wine Club Membership
Cael’s Gate Wine Club membership is subject to the membership terms and benefits displayed on our Wine Club page at the time you join.
Members agree to purchase a minimum of 12 bottles of wine during each 12-month membership period.
Membership benefits, including member pricing, complimentary tastings, shipping offers, access to selected wines and member experiences, are subject to any conditions stated at the time the benefit is offered.
We may update membership benefits from time to time. Members will be notified of any material changes that affect their membership.
Membership benefits are intended for the registered member and may not be transferred unless otherwise approved by Cael’s Gate.
9Bookings & Experiences
Bookings for cellar door tastings, wine and food experiences and other scheduled experiences may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked time.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, or failure to attend, may not be eligible for a refund.
If Cael’s Gate needs to cancel an experience, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics and design elements, remains the property of Cael's Gate Wines unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
11Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.
Unauthorised access, misuse or attempts to compromise website security are strictly prohibited.
12Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cael's Gate Wines will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products or participation in experiences.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
