Handpicked Riverina 2021

The Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Cael’s Gate is aged in new premium
French oak barrels. The wine is beautifully fruited with a complexity of
flavours displaying black currant, spiced cherry, thyme and cedar notes to
tantalise the nose. The plaate delivers a succulent fruit intensity and a supple
mouthfeel that is well supported by chalky tannins. The finishing notes are
persistent and abundantly flavoursome.
