Crafted using minimal-intervention techniques, this Viognier is generously fruited and highly aromatic, revealing notes of apricot, rockmelon, rich florals and subtle yeasty complexity. The palate shows good weight and a fleshy texture, beautifully balanced by juicy acidity, before finishing expansive and flavoursome.
